Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya (Adults Only), Pattaya

The hotel offers rooms of a good standard with views over Pattaya Bay. While they can fill up fast during peak travel periods, there might be some noise from adjacent rooms. The service throughout my stay was amazing, with little touches like a pink tassel on the bedside lamp. The location is considerably strategic in the heart of lively Pattaya, ideal for exploring the area. However, the check-in process was a little slow despite the professional front desk staff. The dining experience was a mix; while breakfast was lovely with lots of variety, other dining options were lacking. Overall, a clean, comfortable stay with friendly staff, but some areas could see improvement in the service and dining aspects.

The service is very friendly and helpful, although the interior decorations could be improved. The location is convenient, close to major shopping destinations and offering easy access to the beach. The dining experience is pleasant and up to standards. Wi-Fi and breakfast are included in the package, adding value for money.

The hotel gave us mixed feelings. While the rooms were not up to our expectations, with a run-down appearance and not very child-friendly amenities, the cleaning and organizing staff were exceptional. The location, directly across from the beach, was fantastic, but the dining experience left something to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, with an amazing sea view and a balcony to watch the sunset, though there were some issues in communication. The staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making our time in Pattaya even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to eateries and a shopping mall, but lacking in atmosphere at the HARD ROCK CAFE. The dining was tasty but somewhat limited, and the facilities were great overall.

Staying at this hotel felt like paying for a 5-star property but getting a 2-star experience in Pattaya. The rooms were great, more spacious, and had a balcony facing out towards Second Road. However, the room's location opposite the fire exit, where the transportation lift is located, was not ideal.

Although the room had a nice touch reminiscent of 80s American rock 'n' roll themes, it felt more like a 2-star property in terms of cleanliness. The service was helpful and hospitable overall, but there were some delays in addressing guest concerns. The location, while perfect for beach access and nearby amenities, could be improved, especially in terms of vegan food options. The dining experience was decent, with options available at the Starz Cafe. The facilities offered were satisfactory, providing a swimming pool and a fitness game room for children.

The hotel had okay rooms, but not amazing, and it is unacceptable in 2019 that the hotel blocks money from your credit card for a guarantee. The environment was quite noisy as it was close to the elevator.
